Our Team Administrators provide an efficient clerical and administration service for our Adult Social Care Team. They support in the delivery of a comprehensive admin service to our frontline social workers and social care practitioners.

This includes:
• taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public.
• inputting data into Liquid Logic (LAS system). Knowledge of this system would be helpful but full training will be given.
• scheduling meetings and booking rooms, as well as taking minutes of meetings.
• responding to, redirecting emails and managing a generic mailbox.

We are a friendly, supportive and established team.

We offer flexible working. Successful candidate will start with a 1–2 week induction in the office (depending on experience), then move to a hybrid pattern with at least 2 days a week on site.

We are looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills. They must have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office. They will be taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is a must. They should have experience of organising meetings and taking minutes. Ideally they will have some experience of working in a busy office environment.

Above all we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and enjoys working within a team.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
