Job Title: Support Worker – Full Time

Location: Chorley

Pay: £12.86 – £13.10 per hour (dependent on experience) 35 hours or 40 hours a week

Hours: Full time, day shifts

About the Role:
P4 Recruitment are proudly working with an Award winning Lancashire social care organisation and We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a growing team, providing high-quality care for adults with a range of disabilities, including some physical disabilities. You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives while delivering person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to adults with varying disabilities.

Assist with daily living tasks and activities.

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Support service users in engaging with community activities.

Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferred).

Full, clean driving license is preferred.

Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
