Support Worker - Waking Nights (20:00-07:30)

Location: Weymouth Contract: Full-time or Part-time

About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our night team in Weymouth. You'll be supporting a friendly gentleman in his 20s who lives with different support needs, working as part of a close-knit team within his own home.

This role is all about providing calm, consistent overnight support that helps him maintain a positive sleep routine while being there for him if he wakes or needs reassurance.

What You'll Be Doing

-

Supporting independent living in a way that respects his choices and routines

-

Providing personal care in a dignified, person-centered manner

-

Administering medication safely and accurately

-

Promoting a healthy sleep pattern, offering reassurance during brief periods of wakefulness

-

Working collaboratively with his family to ensure continuity and consistency of care

Using IT confidently, including iPads and digital recording systems
