Pay: £13.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are recruiting for Care Supervisors to work in the Blackburn area and assist in providing excellent care for our clients.
-Due to the nature of the role driving license & use of own vehicle required.
-Salary: £13.50 per hour, as well as on call duties.
Role includes:
-Taking part in on call duties (which is equally shared between supervisors one week at a time)
-Carrying out care assessments and risk assessments for new clients and regular care plan reviews for existing client.
-Supporting the care workers in training and development, as well as carrying out regular spot checks and competency checks on care workers to ensure all staff are trained to the strongest standard as well as being a form of support and guidance for the care staff.
-Working closely with management to ensure smooth running of the service.
-Dealing with any queries or concerns by both staff and clients.
Requirements:
-Drivers license & use of own vehicle
-Previous care experience and ideally experience in a leadership role
-Ability to lead a team and willing to learn
-Confident & strong communicator
Desirable:
-Level 2 or 3 diploma in adult social care or equivalent
-Previous experience in a similar role
