About the Role

- Supporting young people with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and managing appointments

- Encouraging education, employment, and positive community engagement

- Providing emotional support using a calm, trauma‑informed approach

- Supporting young people to understand and manage their own wellbeing
