Support Worker – Redruth
We are constantly recruiting dedicated and experienced Support Workers to deliver person-centred care for clients within their own home environment in the Redruth area. This role involves working in individuals’ own homes, supporting daily living activities, promoting independence, and enhancing overall wellbeing.
What We Offer:
• Weekly pay, every Friday
• Rates from £12.21 - £14.96 per hour + Holiday Pay
• A variety of shift patterns available throughout the week, including some night shifts
Requirements:
• Relevant support work certificates, including:
Safeguarding, Manual Handling, First Aid, Epilepsy, Managing Challenging Behaviour, Medication, and Basic Life Support
• Enhanced Adult DBS (current or willingness to obtain one)
• Driving License and access to your own vehicle – Essential
