Live in Carer
Pay rate: £12.21 Per hour (weekly or monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on (96 hours), 10 days off
Requirements: UK drivers license, clinical care experience but not essential.

We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. This person has Spina Bifida, Cerebral Palsy, a Tracheostomy and is wheelchair bound.They have a wide range of hobbies such as Shooting, cinema trips and will have to go for dialysis treatment at the hospital three times a week.To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to Cambridge and know the area, and can drive a car, holding a full UK Driving Licence.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life while enjoying a flexible work schedule. You will also need to ideally bring previous experience with you in the following:

- Complex care

- Spinal Injury

What will your shift involve?

In this role, you will be providing high-quality care on a 1:1 basis, ensuring that the individual you support receives compassionate and attentive care tailored to their specific needs.Your responsibilities will include providing complex care such as Tracheostomy, airway assistance with a suction and maintain the PEG for feeding and medication.You will be engaging with them in meaningful activities and taking them out in the community to promote their social interaction and well-being.Additionally, you will support with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment that fosters comfort and independence.Clear and confident communication in their preferred manner will be essential to building a strong and trusting relationship.
