We are looking for a hands-on QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER who is confident leading with BRANCH AUDITS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLAINTS and SAFEGUARDING Matters.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER JOB ROLE:

You will use your experience and expertise to develop, actively lead and support our branches with QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, RISK MANAGEMENT, and striving for a high standard of CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPLIANCE.

With outstanding people management skills, a PERSON-CENTRED APPROACH and knowledge of CQC REGULATIONS and LOCAL AUTHORITY GUIDELINES you must have the ability to build effective relationships with the teams, our clients and external Health Care Professionals.

Quality Assurance Manager Essential Criteria:

o Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health. autism and other complex needs.
o A capable and confident person with the drive and passion to ensure person centred care and support to the individuals receiving care and support.
o Confident in your knowledge of CQC Regulations and Compliance.
o Hands on motivator, positive attitude and team player.
o Completed Health and Social Care Level 5 or RMA or equivalent..
o Unflappable and able to deal with pressured situations maturely and calmly
o Well organised, good communicator and familiar with Outlook Excel Word and Roster/ECM Systems
o At least 2 years management experience in Health & Social Care sector.
o Happy to travel to our locations which will include when needed to Oxford, Brighton, Burgess Hill, London and Bromley.
o Someone who is driven and passionate enough to understand that a successful leader is not always in the office and is happy to meet clients and motivate staff in the field as well.
