1x 12-hour day shift (07:30 – 19:30)
1x 15:30 – 19:30 shift per week
Rota basis including alternate weekends

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience supporting individuals living with dementia within a care home or similar setting, and who is confident in delivering high standards of care.
Candidates with medication administration training are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Support with personal care and daily living activities
Administer medication safely and in line with procedures (if trained)
Deliver compassionate support to residents living with dementia
Maintain accurate care records
Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Requirements
Dementia care experience in a care home or similar setting (essential)
Medication administration training (preferred)
Caring, patient, and reliable nature
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work rota patterns and alternate weekends
