Pay rate: £13.50 per hour- Weekly or Monthly pay available
Shift pattern:08.00am- 20.00pm; 20.00pm- 08.00am
Hours: 36 hour per week
Requirement:
must hold afull UK Driving licenceand own transport due to nature of the role

We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Totton. This individual is a horror movie fan, thrill seeking rollercoaster rider who loves to shop, bake and sing.You will be supporting a client who has Autism and behaviours that may present as challenging — and they rely on a consistent team who truly understand them.

What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.To help them make the most of these outings, we’re looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence.

What you’ll be doing

As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences. Your day might include:

  • Providing high‑quality support
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful activities at home and in the community
  • Encouraging social interaction and promoting emotional wellbeing
  • Supporting communication in the way that works best for them
  • Helping with routine household tasks to maintain a calm, organised environment

This is a role where your presence genuinely makes a difference every day.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who already have experience in:

  • Autism
  • Behaviours that may be perceived as challenging
  • Mental Health support

Just as important is your ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and build positive, trusting relationships.
