Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, supporting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Be comfortable providing personal care.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to build positive relationships with individuals with a range of needs and abilities.
Show a genuine interest in working within the health and social care sector.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
Be a current UK resident.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with personal care, including dressing, washing, and bathing.
Supporting with medication management.
Carrying out household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
Preparing meals and supporting nutritional needs.
Accompanying individuals to medical appointments, day centres, and social activities.
Promoting independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing at all times.
