About the Service
This is a warm and characterful detached home supporting adults with:

- Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance
- Implement and review person‑centred support plans
- Conduct assessments, supervisions, appraisals and performance oversight

You’ll play a key role in stabilising the service and ensuring the people we support receive safe, high‑quality, empowering care.

- Proven ability to turn around services or drive major quality improvements

- Strong understanding of:

- Safeguarding
