Role: Head of Property & Procurement Services

Salary: Competitive

Your Role


In this role, you’ll lead our property estate and procurement activity across the UK, ensuring our services are compliant, sustainable, and deliver real value, all in support of outstanding adult social care.
Lead the management of our property portfolio, ensuring safe, well-maintained, and compliant environments
Oversee procurement and supplier relationships to deliver quality and value for money
Drive improvements across estates, contracts, and sustainability
Lead and support a high-performing Estates team
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (including CQC and equivalent bodies)
Contribute to financial planning and effective budget management

Experienced in property/estates and procurement leadership
