You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and external partners to deliver safe, respectful, and dignified care. We encourage you to bring your strengths, develop your skills, and grow within a supportive and inclusive organisation.

Client‑Centred Care

Some of the individuals we support have expressed preferences regarding the personal care they receive. For this reason, we welcome applicants who are comfortable providing sensitive, intimate, and dignity‑focused personal care, and who can build trust and rapport with clients who may have specific comfort needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care where required
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic care environment

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

- Previous experience in care or support roles
- Training or knowledge related to personal care, safeguarding, or health and social care
- Confidence using digital tools and care‑recording systems
If you do not meet every desirable criterion, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, transferable skills, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer

- A supportive and inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued
- Opportunities for training, development, and career progression
- A role where you can make a meaningful difference
- Competitive pay and benefits package
- A team culture built on respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
