A Relief/Bank Support Worker with a mature and professional attitude, is required, to help and support a young man with Autism, who has challenging behaviour. The successful applicant must be age appropriate to work with the young man, its essential that you are a non smoker and have a full clean Driving Licence.

The hours are for relief work are on an ' as and when' basis, to help cover holidays and sickness of other staff members, the hours are 8am till 12am, the day shift finishes at 10pm which is followed by 2 hours on-call basis in the staff room as an 'if needed' all paid at the hourly day rate of £15.65. The sleepover hours are 12am till 8am are paid at £8.72 per hour (£69.76).

The young man would like to remain independent in his own home and to enjoy a fulfilling life. He enjoys the outdoors, cycling, going out on social visits and staying at home playing games and watching TV. He also, will require support with meals, laundry and light domestic chores.
