Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities for Carer/Support Worker:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Facilitate social activities and outings
- Administering medication
- Raising concerns and calling district nurses/111 when necessary
- To provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, washing dishes and changing bed linen when necessary
- Promoting independence

Duties may vary from time to time in line with the need of the service and as agreed with Pathways of Hope.

We are looking for 4 candidates with the following requirements:

- 4 carers/support workers driver in West Sussex/Worthing 3 full time and 1 part time.

Part time is open for males only.

Please note this role is domiciliary care and supported living.
