We're seeking calm, resourceful Relief Support Workers who are highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to support older people in a proactive and holistic way. Your skills in positive communication and engagement, along with your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for all our service users, will be essential for our service in Brent, London.

You will support individuals in maintaining a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically, and emotionally, empowering them to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their life goals.

The role involves embracing all aspects, including providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and assisting individuals in accessing work, education, and social opportunities.

A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a care setting is required for all Relief roles.

Our service is conveniently located minutes away from several bus stops and an 8-10 minute walk from Queensbury tube station.
