Support Worker Oswestry

12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time or Part-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available

We're on the lookout for a caring, fun, and reliable female Support Worker to join our team and support a lovely client in her own home in beautiful Oswestry.

Meet Our Client

She's fun, friendly, and loves a good chat and a giggle!
She lives with her mum, stepdad, and young daughter and family time is super important to her. Whether it's a trip out, a fresh haircut, or a scroll through social media, she's all about enjoying the little things in life.

Uses a power wheelchair
Loves getting her hair and brows done
Enjoys visiting local attractions with her daughter
Good banter and a sense of humour are a big plus!
Vapes and is vape/smoker-friendly
Dislikes untidiness, bad manners, or being left out of decisions

If you're kind, polite, tidy, and love having a laugh you'll fit right in!

When You'll Be Working

  • Day Shifts: 8am 8pm
  • Waking Night Shifts: 8pm 8am
  • Full-time & part-time available
  • Some weekend work required

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of a friendly care team providing 2:1 support for our client, helping with:

  • Personal care (bed washing, dressing, hair washing)
  • Passive exercise
  • Bladder and stoma care
  • Meal prep
  • Light housekeeping (hoovering, laundry, etc.)
  • Trips out & appointments
  • Moving & handling (with a free-standing hoist)

Bonus if you can drive! A full, clean UK licence is ideal so you can drive her car on community outings.

No experience? No worries! We provide full training, paid shadow shifts, and ongoing support to help you feel confident and ready.
