Female Support Worker - Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Full UK Driving Licence required (automatic mobility vehicle)

Pay: £13.04 per hour, rising to £13.26 from 1st April

About the Role

We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Female Support Workers to join our team in Eastleigh. Whether you're experienced in care or completely new to the sector, we'll provide full training, ongoing guidance, and opportunities to grow—including completing your Care Certificate and working towards further qualifications.

You'll be supporting individuals with vibrant personalities who love getting out and about. Their favourite activities include:

- Shopping and dining out

- Cinema and theatre trips

- Holidays and exciting day outings

Your role is to help them live life to the fullest, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful experiences every day.
