Care Assistant
Full Time Position: 39 hours
Rate of Pay : £ 12.82 an hour
Sentimex Care Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity to join its management team as a Care Assistant.
The successful applicant will support a growing and established team that provides a range of home care services to people living in Derbyshire and surrounding areas.
With a growing number of clients and a widening service user base, Sentimex Care are looking to recruit a motivated and driven individual with the ability to deliver domiciliary care. Experience in care is desirable as training will be provided.
Summary Role
To provide a needs-led service to service users by adopting a person-centred approach that gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
To follow and uphold Sentimex Care Ltd policies and procedures and ensure Care Quality Commission standards are met for Service Users.
Participate in meetings to support the growth of the company
Ensure health and safety requirements are always adhered to.
• Working in the care sector providing an epitome of a service knowing you have made a difference in the lives of those that need your support a little easier and more comfortable.
• The Care Assistant role is varied and involves helping vulnerable adults to live independently and safely in their own homes.

• Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or Equivalent is Desirable but not Essential
• Flexible and able to deal with a changing work environment
