DSN is a modern, dynamic charity providing a wide range of support services related to deafness for people across Cheshire and the surrounding area. We are a Disability Confident employer with offices in Macclesfield, Northwich and Chester.

About You and the Role

We have four vibrant supported living homes in Northwich where we provide care and support to deaf and deafblind adults with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour. We want to recruit people who can make a positive impact on the lives of those living in our supported environments.

You will need compassion and empathy, a positive outlook, and the ability to work as part of a team. Communication is key to this role and we will support you with everything that you need for the job. We want you to enable and empower our clients in a supportive environment and to promote their personal, social and everyday skills.

About The Hours

• Full time position with a stable, consistent schedule
• 3 on / 3 off shift pattern — with a built in breaks and excellent work–life balance
• 12 hour shifts that maximise your time off across the month
• Includes a mix of day and sleep in night shifts, offering flexibility and variety

• Learn British Sign Language (BSL) as part of your job up to level 2.
