Support Worker

We are seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to provide high quality home care and companionship to clients in their own homes.

Position: Support Worker
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Location: Raunds, Northamptonshire
Hours: Part time, mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Ongoing

About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals to live independently in their own homes. You will deliver personalised care during minimum one hour visits, building meaningful relationships with clients and making a genuine difference to their daily lives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing personal care with dignity and respect

- Supporting with medication

- Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition

- Carrying out light housekeeping tasks

- Accompanying clients to appointments or on errands

- Supporting clients with morning and evening routines

- Offering companionship and meaningful conversation

- Ensuring clients remain safe, comfortable and independent at home

About you

You will be a compassionate and dependable individual who enjoys supporting others.

You will have:

- A caring and empathetic approach

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Reliability and flexibility, including working alternate weekends

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport

No formal qualifications are required as full training is provided.
