The Role:
• To provide support to a young individual who has autism and mental health issues, to access the local community and to support with social activities.
Main Duties:
• To support and assist with accessing the community (creative spaces, farms)
• To support in the exploration of new challenges and activities
• To support independence and independence skills
• To attend friendship groups, or similar

Hours: 8 hours per week to be worked Monday and Friday 12.00pm – 4.00pm
Pay:
Employed - £15.07 per hour
Self – Employed - £17.57 per hour
