We’re looking for confident, compassionate Support Workers to join our supported living team, helping adults with brain injury, non-verbal communication needs, and challenging behaviour This role requires someone who can set and maintain boundaries while building positive, person-centred relationships.
What You’ll Do:
• Support daily living tasks, personal care, and routines
• Promote independence and encourage social/community activities
• Manage challenging behaviour calmly and consistently
• Maintain a safe, structured, and clean environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a support or care role (3+ months)
• Confident supporting adults with brain injury or challenging behaviours
• Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts (including evenings/weekends)
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
