Ready for a Role Where You Truly Fulfil Potential?
Stop scrolling and listen up! If you're looking for a Support Worker job that feels less like work and more like a positive adventure, you belong at Optalis.

We are a leading social care provider in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council and The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, and our mission is simple: to fulfil the potential of every individual we support and colleague we work with. We’re hiring cheerful, compassionate, and energetic people to become Learning Disability Support Workers - helping the individuals we support live their best, most independent lives.

We have great permanent opportunities open right now, offering day and night shifts in a number of different services across Wokingham and the surrounding area.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!):
As part of the Optalis team, you'll be a key player in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. Your role is about enabling, not doing! You will be:
*Community Champions: Getting out there! Enjoying local activities, taking part in events, and building confidence on trips.
*Life Skill Mentors: Coaching independence, whether that’s mastering a new recipe, navigating public transport, or managing a household budget.
*Personalised Support: Providing reliable and respectful care support, including personal care and managing medication.

This is a chance to support the delivery of safe, innovative services and genuinely make a difference in your local community.

Why Optalis is a Great Place to Be:
*The Optalis Difference: Work for an established, quality-focused company with a mission to help everyone - individuals and staff - achieve their best.
*We Invest in You: Fantastic induction and continuous professional development
*Competitive Pay & Perks: Perkbox discounts, a generous annual leave allowance starting at 25 days a year, plus an annual wellbeing day and your birthday off!
*Caring Culture: We pride ourselves on creating an enjoyable and rewarding environment where staff feel supported and respected.
