Our team provides high-quality, person-centred support with compassion, creating an environment where individuals are respected, included, and encouraged to thrive.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will empower the people we support to live as independently as possible, building positive relationships and offering the right level of support to promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the safe administration of medicationProviding personal care with sensitivity and respectEncouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgetingSupporting access to local amenities and community activitiesPromoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goalsWorking in line with individual support plans and risk assessmentsAbout YouYou will have some experience in a similar role, as lone working is involved.
