Registered Service Manager-Staffordshire
Salary: £37,000 per annum

We’re currently looking for a confident and experienced Registered Service Manager to join us at one of our established residential services in Staffordshire. This is a full and settled service supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, set within a beautiful countryside location that provides a calm, welcoming environment while supporting very active and engaged lifestyles.
This is a fast‑paced and dynamic service, where people are supported to access their local communities and a wide range of structured activities. The service has an experienced and well‑established team, so we’re looking for a manager who can lead confidently, maintain consistency, and build on strong foundations.

As Registered Service Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the service. You’ll lead and inspire your team, ensure high standards of care and compliance, and work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals and families. You’ll be supported by strong internal systems and a wider leadership team, allowing you to focus on what matters most — great support and great outcomes.

About You – Experience We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who shares our values and has the experience and confidence to lead a busy, established service. You’ll ideally have:

- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager, or significant experience in a care management role with readiness to register
- A strong background in managing residential or supported services within social care
- Confidence in leading and managing large staff teams, including supervision, development
- A clear understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and compliance requirements
- The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, person‑centred environment
