We’re looking for experienced Support Workers to join Social Care & Education in Basildon (SS13), supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, and mental health conditions in supported living settings.

Support daily routines, personal care, and life skills

Manage challenging behaviours calmly and safely

Requirements:
Previous experience in social care or supported living is essential
