Supported Living Team Leader (Agency – Ongoing Role)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting an experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join a well-established service in Walsall. This is an ongoing agency role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to make a real difference in supported living services.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in supported living
Experience working with service users with mental health needs
Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour
Medication administration experience
Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (minimum requirement)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to complete shift leadership and documentation duties
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting a team of support workers on shift
Ensuring high-quality care is delivered at all times
Administering and overseeing medication safely
Supporting service users with daily living and independence skills
Managing and responding to challenging behaviour appropriately
Completing care plans, shift reports, and documentation
Promoting a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment
