Registered Home Manager – Learning Disabilities & Autism - £36,500



We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join our client’s small care home, which supports adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will lead the day-to-day operations and maintain consistent, person-centred care. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance, and promoting independence for each individual within a structured environment.



Before You Apply



  • A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care is required.

  • Must have experience as a Registered Home Manager and a strong track record with CQC outcomes.

  • Applicants must have experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

  • Salary: £36,500 per year

  • Hours: 40 hours per week

What You’ll Need



  • Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager

  • Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities

  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding practices

  • Ability to manage a service independently



What You’ll Do



  • Lead the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring consistent care standards

  • Support and manage staff to maintain a stable and effective team

  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding requirements

  • Promote person-centred care and independence for all service users

  • Monitor care plans and ensure accurate, up-to-date records

  • Work with external professionals, families, and stakeholders as needed
