Public Affairs Manager
Location: Lichfield/Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll be doing

- Lead and deliver impactful public affairs strategies and engagement programmes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with political and sector stakeholders
- Monitor parliamentary and policy developments, identifying risks and opportunities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging on key organisational and sector issues
- Prepare high-quality briefings, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
- Represent Voyage Care at industry events, conferences, and forums
- Manage stakeholder engagement plans and maintain an organised external affairs calendar
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across the business

What we’re looking for

- Experience in public affairs, with a track record of engaging political stakeholders
- Strong understanding of UK political systems and policy landscape
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
