If you're a quality-focused professional with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives.
About the role
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you’ll lead internal audits across your regional portfolio, ensuring our services consistently deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care aligned with CQC, CIW and CIS standards.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to identify risks, drive improvements and embed best practice throughout our organisation.
What you’ll be doing

- Leading quarterly quality assurance audits across a variety of care settings
- Carrying out in-depth “case tracking” to ensure care delivery aligns with individual needs
- Producing clear, insightful reports with actionable recommendations
- Delivering feedback sessions with Service and Operations Managers

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in health or social care (e.g. Registered Manager or similar)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and quality standards
- Experience in auditing, compliance or inspection roles
- Ability to analyse complex data and drive improvement plans
- Knowledge of quality systems (e.g. Datix, Radar Healthcare or similar)
- Experience in root cause analysis and service improvement
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

A leadership or management qualification in health and social care is desirable.
Why join Voyage Care?

- Be part of a values-driven organisation focused on positive outcomes for the people we support
- Influence and shape quality and compliance across a national portfolio
- Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking quality team
- Opportunity to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Hybrid role with variety, autonomy and impact
