Support Worker Opportunity


Are you looking for a rewarding permanent role where you can genuinely make a difference? We're seeking dedicated Support Worker professionals to join our established care provider, supporting adults with profound learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs within residential and supported living services near Chorley.


The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high‑quality, person‑centred support
* Assist individuals with daily living skills
* Promote independence, dignity and choice
* Follow personalised care and support plans
* Deliver personal care where required

About You
We're looking for someone who:

* Is flexible between 8:00am-10:00pm, Monday-Sunday
* Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
* Communicates well and enjoys being part of a team
