Duties include personalised care, end‑of‑life support, medication prompts, meal preparation, record‑keeping, and liaising with professionals. You will build trusting relationships, monitor wellbeing, and report concerns promptly. Strong communication, reliability, and compassion are essential. Previous care experience is required; a full UK driving licence is advantageous. Training is provided, and you must be confident working independently or as part of a double‑up team.
