A little about myself:
I am a middle-aged lady living in Swansea. I have a small dog and a cat. I have various health conditions. I am looking for a PA to help me with my everyday life and go out in the community. I use a manual wheelchair when I go out. I would like to go shopping and mumbles for a walk. I would also like to take my dog out with me.
Driver required to take me out.
Hours of work
3 hours per week to be discussed.
Rate of pay.
£13.50
Essential:
I need you to:
• Like animals as I have a small dog and a cat.
• Be able to lift my lightweight wheelchair
• Have a car big enough for my small lightweight wheelchair
• Be able to push me when I am out.
Desirable

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
