As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to people in their own homes, helping them to remain safe, independent and comfortable. Duties include assisting with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, light household tasks, companionship, and accompanying individuals to appointments or within the community. You will maintain accurate care records, promote dignity and independence, and work as part of a friendly, supportive team to deliver outstanding care. A caring nature, good communication skills, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
