We are looking for a Support Worker to assist our Clients in their own home based in Burghead & Hopeman.
Duties Include:-
Accompany Clients to appointments etc
Provide emotional/social support
Assist/guide with mobility and transfers
Make snacks etc
Provide personal care where necessary
