What You'll Be Doing

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support people to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes while promoting dignity, choice and respect.
Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supporting with medication
• Assisting with light household tasks
• Shopping and collecting prescriptions
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities
• Encouraging independence while ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable and valued

Sometimes it's the little things—a friendly smile, sharing a cup of tea or taking the time to listen—that make the biggest difference.

Essential Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Full UK driving license
• Access to a reliable vehicle
• Right to work in the UK

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have the right values and a genuine desire to care for others, we'll provide all the training you need.

IMPORTANT NOTE-

Please note: We are unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK. We may be able to offer up to 20 hours per week to applicants who already hold a valid Skilled Worker visa, subject to their visa conditions and right-to-work checks.
