Sunshine Care work as a team supporting adults within the community in their own homes. All care is personalised, this may be supporting them with their personal care, administering medication, shopping, making meals and assisting with household tasks. Part of their care plan maybe also be taking them out on social activities and appointments . We also provide palliative care and in-depth specialist care.
