A little about myself:
I am a young lady living in Swansea. I have autism, bipolar and speech and language difficulties. I am very loving and have a great sense of humour. I am very cheeky. I like to try to see how much I can get away with. I love baking, music and verbal interaction. I do not like to be persuaded as it agitates me. I will let you know if I do not want to do something. I am sensitive to sounds there are certain sounds that I do not like including the hoover, washing machine and lawn mower. I love music and can compose my own music.

Driver required to take me out.

· You have previous experience.

I’d like support with
· Going out in the community to Llys Nini or swimming.
· Play at home with play doh, art and crafts, activity books.
· Baking.

I will need my PA to:
Respect and understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality.
Be confident, mature and have patience.
Be dependable and arrive on time.
Be friendly with an easy-going manner.
Be adaptable and flexible.
Be supportive but not take over.
Have business insurance on your car to take clients out.

Concerning the position
A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
