Main Duties of the Job

At Unity Health Care Solutions, we support our people in growing their careers, gaining new skills, and thriving in a supportive environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

*Personal Care: Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including getting up/going to bed, washing, showering, dressing, and personal hygiene.

*Well-being Support: Preparing nutritious food and drinks, administering medication safely at the agreed level of support, and undertaking light household domestic duties.

*Companionship & Independence: Actively talking and listening to clients, promoting their independence, and helping them maintain vital connections with family, friends, and the wider community.

*Recording & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed care logs and medication records, and promptly reporting any health, safety, or safeguarding concerns to management.
