We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. This role involves delivering personalised care to promote independence, dignity, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, patient care, or senior care environments, with a strong commitment to making a positive difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities-

-Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
-Support with meal preparation and feeding as required.
-Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate r-records on the MAR.
-Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments.
-Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
-Support clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
-Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
-Monitor health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals and supervisors.
-Implement behaviour management strategies for clients with behavioural challenges.
-Follow health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary.
