You would support elderly members of your community stay independent at home; keeping them safe, happy and dignified.

Our Training

With Home Instead, experience is not necessary as we provide the training you need to become one of our revered care professionals. After the interview stage we hold two training sessions to fully prepare you for the role. Including basic life support, administering medication and moving and handling. You will then have shadow shifts without experienced Care Professionals out in the field, you will have the option to have as many as these as you need, there’s no pressure! All of this training will land you a City and Guilds certified care certificate after 12 weeks with continual training sessions and refreshers to keep you informed of the latest policies, ensuring that you carry out the best care.
