Bramley House is looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team.

Bramley House is a 42 bed residential care home, situated in the historical village of Mere just beneath the South Downs and is part of Bramley Care, a family-run business, consisting of three luxury residential care homes and a home care agency. ​

As a senior carer you would take responsibility for the care of our residents during your day shift, you would be required to dispense medication, and carry out personal care duties such as bathing, dressing and assisting toileting/incontinence care. You would take an interest in the residents and clients, helping them to live as full and enjoyable a life as their health permits. You would also be required to support and supervise other staff and carry out certain administrative duties, such as updating care records. ​

Essential requirements:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar lead/senior/supervisory role
Experience in residential care
​Care planning / skills requirements
Medication trained​

Desirable requirements:
Nourish experience would be an advantage​

Expected hours:
40hrs per week to include alternate weekends. Shift times will include 7.15am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 8.00pm and 7.15am - 8.00pm. ​Rota to be discussed at interview.​​

Rates of pay:
£14 per hour ​​​​
