The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire have a permanent vacancy in the Newcastle under Lyme team/Moorlands. We are looking for a health visitor who lives the values and behaviors of our trust. We are seeking a person who will be caring and compassionate providing excellent support to parents and their families, having the ability to actively listen and have a warm approachable manner. You will lead by example and encourage effective team working, someone who wants to develop others and ensure the best outcomes for our parents and families are achieved through evidence based practice. In return you will be professionally supported and empowered to deliver a child friendly service. We are a friendly team and we welcome experienced or newly qualified health visitors to join our diverse team where flexible working is supported and you will have a comprehensive induction program.
The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire. You will be part of a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in a supportive skill mix team, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority.
